Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Improve mobility and independence in daily living.
• Administer care under physician orders and plan of care with Branch Director supervision.
• Implement Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip/Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder programs.
