Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for full-time or part-time home health visits across Calvert County, Maryland. The PT will join a multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitative care enabling patients to remain at home.

The role requires an MD PT license, APTA-approved program completion, and strong time-management and interpersonal skills. Sign-on bonus available and comprehensive BAYADA benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland PT license.
• Bachelor/masters level PT degree approved by APTA committee.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to Calvert County, MD clients.
• Perform mobility, gait, balance, and strength assessments.
• Develop and revise individualized PT plans and participate with nursing team.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and safety at home.
• Document observations and interventions in EMR.
