BAYADA Home Health Care in Forest Hill, Maryland is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time home health opportunity. You will perform home visits for adult and geriatric clients in Cecil County, MD, assessing mobility and implementing individualized care plans to support independent living.

Qualified candidates hold a Maryland PT license, have at least one year of PT experience, and are proficient with EMR systems. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires.

Competenze

• Maryland PT license required.
• Graduate from an APTA-approved program or AMA equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of PT experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Mansioni

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements related to mobility and endurance.
• Implement wound care interventions and promote healing with evidence-based dressings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including manual therapy and gait training.
• Assess and revise care plans in collaboration with the nursing team.
• Educate clients and families to promote independence and safety.
• Accurately document observations and interventions using an EMR tablet.
