Job summary

The role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and the option of a 4-day work week for full-time staff, with PRN and part-time positions available as well. Travel to patient homes is required, and all assessments follow state guidelines and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Arkansas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient functional status and PT needs and assists in plan of care.
• Provides PT services within scope of practice and in coordination with health care team.
• Observes and reports patient responses to treatment and changes in condition.
• Treats patients to relieve pain and restore function.
• Instructs patients and caregivers regarding plan of care and progress.
• Completes patient evaluations and documents progress as required.
• Reports outcomes and frequency of care.
