The compensation includes a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually plus a $15,000 bonus. A full-time employment status and requirement to have a CO PT license are specified, along with travel to multiple service areas within Colorado.

Qualifications

• Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist.
• Preferred community/home health experience.
• CAPTE-accredited program required.
• Current CO PT license in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
