Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience, ideally in home healthcare.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients with lost mobility, strength or functionality.
• Work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
• Conduct assessments, document progress and modify therapy services as needed.
