Job summary

Inspired Homecare is seeking a part-time Home Health Physical Therapist to serve Willow Springs and surrounding neighborhoods. You will conduct comprehensive home assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university/program.
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and policies/procedures compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in Home Health Therapy and OASIS documentation preferred.
