Job summary

Inspired Homecare in Willow Springs is seeking a part-time Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes. You will perform thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide expert therapy in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and help patients achieve their goals while enjoying a flexible schedule and a fun, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active PT license in the practicing state.
• Experience with home health care and related documentation is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
