Job summary

Inspired Homecare is seeking a part-time Home Health Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy in patients’ homes around Willow Springs, IL. You will assess, plan, and deliver care with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted state Physical Therapist license.

• Home Health Therapy experience and OASIS documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive home health assessments and evaluation.
