Job summary

Inspired Homecare in Willow Springs, IL is seeking a part-time Home Health Physical Therapist to join our caring team. You will assess patients in their homes, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist in IL.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and policy compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in Home Health Therapy; OASIS documentation preferred.
