Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides physical therapy services to patients in their homes, assisting in assessment, treatment, planning, and implementation under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Adheres to practices, policies, procedures, and state regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Optimizing patient physical abilities, assisting in screening, treatment, documenting progress, and communicating with patients, families, and professionals.
• Assisting in selecting and adapting therapy techniques/media, monitoring patient responses, and modifying treatments under supervision.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Completion of the state exam.
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle in good condition.
• COVID-19 vaccination required unless exempted for medical or religious reasons.
