This is a part-time hybrid role for a Home Health PRN Nurse based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Home Health PRN Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This includes administering medication, wound care, patient assessments, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. The role also involves educating patients and families on health management and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
