Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will deliver patient care under the supervision of the Physical Therapist (PT). Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out patient treatment plans under the PT's guidance
• Preparing clinical and progress notes
• Educating patients and caregivers as directed by the PT
• Maintaining effective relationships with team members, supervisors, and the community
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Communicating with patients and customers via telephone or in person

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program by the American Physical Therapy Association
