Job summary

Sequoia Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team on a PRN basis across Brevard, Seminole, Orange, Flagler, Osceola and Volusia counties.

You will provide skilled PTA services in patients' homes, collaborating with therapists and care teams to deliver compassionate, personalized care while meeting regulatory standards. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Florida.
• Additional certifications or registry as required.
