AccentCare is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Eldorado Springs, Colorado. This full-time role offers a $60,000–$80,000 annual salary and a $15,000 sign-on bonus, with a 40-hour work week and an 8-hour shift.

You will implement care plans, educate patients and families, and travel to multiple coverage areas in Boulder, Longmont, Erie, and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the operating state.
• CPR certification must be current while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with ability to travel to all business locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans and communicate findings or changes to the PT and physician.
• Educate patients and families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety.
