Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is recruiting a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to reliably serve patients in Burlington and Camden counties. This is a part-time, pay per point position with base pay of $45.00-$50.00 per point.

You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home treatment, education, and discharge planning, helping patients maintain independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Active NJ licensure/certification required.
• Graduate from a two-year APTA-approved PTA program.
• At least one year of work experience under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Home health experience welcomed but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home PT interventions to patients.
• Assist patients in achieving optimal physical well-being and independence.
• Continually assess and revise the PT care plan with the nursing team.
