Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
• Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare facility.
• Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area (50%).
• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and evaluates functional needs and outcomes.
• Designs and implements a plan of care based on assessment.
• Documents evaluations, treatment goals, and plans, updating records regularly.
• Directs staff to achieve patients’ functional goals and acts as a resource to promote physical therapy.
