Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice invites a licensed Physical Therapist to join our nationwide home health team in Florida. You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, using physical modalities to improve mobility and independence in daily living.

You will work under physician orders and a structured plan of care, collaborating with family and health-care staff to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities.
• Improve mobility and function, independence in self-care and daily living activities.
• Provide skilled care under physician orders and plan of care with supervision of Branch Director.
