Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Masters or Doctorate degree.
• One year of experience providing physical therapy in a healthcare setting.
• Current Michigan licensure for Physical Therapy.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and dependable vehicle insured as required by the State of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using age-specific standards of practice for physical therapy.
• Work independently and collaborate with team members to achieve patient-centered goals.
• Travel to patient homes to deliver care in a familiar environment.
