Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist in Union, SC, serving the Union area with training in Clinton, SC. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and attractive pay in the $41.25–$50.25/hour range, plus a full benefits package and paid time off.

You will help patients maintain, restore and improve movement and function, perform reexaminations and discharge planning, and participate in ongoing care to support patients in their homes across the coverage area.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state you’re assigned to work in.
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy educational program.
• One year related physical therapy experience for home health care or approval from regional clinical leaders if less than one year.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct monthly reexaminations, modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning.
