Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Maryland.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• At least one year of clinical experience (home care preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional physical therapy services as prescribed by physicians, following state acts and policies.
• Assess patient conditions, develop and revise treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic procedures including manual therapy and exercises.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy programs and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
