Zusammenfassung

Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes. You will work in a one-on-one setting, delivering evidence-based PT and helping patients regain independence in daily activities.

Applicants must hold a BS in Physical Therapy, a current state license, and a valid driver’s license, with CPR certification and TB/Hepatitis clearance. On-site visits and a strong commitment to compassionate care are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• Two years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist
• Valid Driver’s License
