CareRing Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver prescribed therapy services within home health settings in Idaho. You will perform initial and ongoing assessments, provide direct PT services, and work with a multidisciplinary team to restore client function.

Requirements include an active PT license, graduation from an approved program, at least one year of clinical experience, CPR certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualificações

• Licensed PT with current license.
• Graduated from an approved PT program.
• One year of clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to function with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Performs initial and ongoing PT assessments and plans care.
• Delivers direct therapeutic PT services as prescribed.
• Evaluates equipment needs to improve function.
• Maintains clinical records and progress notes.
• Instructs caregivers and staff in maintenance therapy.
• Participates in discharge planning and coordination of care.
• Collaborates with physicians and agency staff on goals and outcomes.
• Ensures treatment aligns with accepted standards.
