Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist plus basic life support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Establishes therapy goals and a treatment plan based on evaluation results.
• Supervises PTAs according to policy and state regulations.
• Provides individual, family and group therapy sessions for outpatient and home health patients.
• Participates in discharge planning and interdisciplinary groups.
