Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Alabama seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with mobility impairments in home-care settings.

You will apply physical modalities to improve mobility and independence in daily living, following physician orders under the Branch Director’s supervision.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Assist patients to improve mobility and independence in self-care and daily living.
• Administer skilled care per physician orders and established plan of care.
• Provide guidance to family and health care team under Branch Director supervision.
