Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver in-home care across our network in Alabama. You will assess and treat patients, apply modalities, and collaborate with families and care teams.

This role focuses on improving mobility, promoting independence, and implementing plans of care under supervision of the Branch Director. Eligible team members receive comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Dependable transportation and ability to drive in all weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Aim to improve mobility, independence in self-care and daily living activities.
• Administer skilled services per physician orders and plan of care.
• Teach family and health-care team members and follow supervision by Branch Director.
