Qualifikationen

• Must have a Physical Therapy degree.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• CMS Medicare Conditions of Participation knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred.

Requirements

Education and Position Requirements

• Physical Therapy degree
• Physical Therapist licensed in the state of Michigan
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Current working knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation preferred
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience highly preferred
