Omni Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home evaluation and treatment services as an independent contractor throughout the Antelope Valley area. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who enjoy home health and want a flexible practice arrangement with full control over their availability and patient assignments.

Coverage Areas

We are currently seeking clinicians who can provide services in one or more of the following communities:

• Palmdale
• Lancaster
• Quartz Hill
• Littlerock
• Leona Valley
• Lake Los Angeles
• Antelope Valley
