Job summary

Omni Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home evaluation and treatment services as an independent contractor across the West Los Angeles area.

You control your schedule, accept or decline patients, and assume full autonomy over your caseload while we handle administrative tasks and a web-based documentation system.

Qualifications

• In-home evaluation and treatment experience as a PT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy evaluation and treatment across the West Los Angeles area.
• Manage patient care independently while coordinating with Omni Therapy staff as needed.

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who enjoy home health and want a flexible practice arrangement with full control over their availability and patient assignments.
