Job summary

Omni Therapy Inc. seeks licensed Occupational Therapists for in-home evaluation and treatment services across Antelope Valley, CA. This opportunity is offered as an independent contractor position with full control over patient assignments and availability.

You will provide individualized OT assessments and treatments in clients' homes, coordinating care with case managers and the Omni Therapy team. The role supports flexible scheduling and a streamlined, web-based documentation workflow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
