Mission Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home health services across Oregon, including Salem, Albany, Corvallis, or Eugene. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain.

A team-based, patient-centered approach is essential. Requirements include an active PT license in Oregon, 1 year of PT experience (home health preferred), BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver's

• Active Physical Therapist license in practicing state.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist; home health experience preferred.
• Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.

Pay range (depending on experience): Staring at $65 per hour! $5K Sign-On for Eugene Coverage!

Schedule/Shift: Full-time + Open to Full Time Light! (Open to 4x10s!)

Territory/Location(s): Salem, Albany, Corvallis, or Eugene OR

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
