We are hiring for a Physical Therapist/PT to join our passionate team in Needham Heights, MA!

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs; assist physicians in developing the therapy plan of care
  • Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care, and coordinate with the healthcare team
  • Observe and report patients' responses to treatment and any condition changes
  • Treat patients to relieve pain, develop/restore function, and maintain maximum functioning according to standards
  • Instruct and inform healthcare team members, patients, and families about the plan of care, limitations, and progress
  • Visit patients as per the Plan of Treatment, complete progress notes for each visit, and submit them per policy
  • Complete evaluations and develop PT plans of care within state guidelines
  • Report evaluation outcomes, goals, and projected care frequency
Licensure Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
