Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in the home setting in Worcester, MA. You will assess, treat, and collaborate with caregivers to improve mobility and function, using specialty programs tailored to each patient’s needs.

The role requires MA licensure, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to high-quality home-based therapy. Generous benefits and continuing education support are offered.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility, independence in self-care and daily living skills.
• Utilize Specialty Programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement to treat patients.
