Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Durant, OK to examine and treat patients with physical impairments using modality-based therapies. You will help patients regain mobility and independence in self-care within a home-health setting.

The role involves administering skilled care per physician orders and the established plan of care, under the Branch Director’s supervision, and participating in programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention and Total

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility and independent self-care for daily living.
• Administer skilled care to clients under physician orders and established plan of care, under supervision of the Branch Director.
• Work with Specialty Programs: Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, Total Shoulder Replacement.
