Accounting Search is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to bring high-quality care directly to patients in Greenwich, CT. This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop personalized treatment plans in patients' homes.

You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate families on exercises, and adjust plans as patients progress. Connecticut license required; travel within the service area is expected.

Formación

• Active Physical Therapy license in Connecticut.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience; home health a plus.

Responsabilidades
