KLA Industries in Greenwich, CT seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver in-home physical therapy, assess conditions, and craft individualized treatment plans. You will work with families and care teams to ensure compassionate, results-driven care.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, educating families, tracking progress, and adjusting plans as needed. A CT license and at least 1 year of PT experience are required, with home health experience a plus.
