Optimal Care seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one home health rehabilitation in Saginaw, Midland, Mt. Pleasant and surrounding areas. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and guide interventions to improve mobility and independence.

Requirements: Master’s or doctoral PT, active state license, 1 year of experience, and willingness to travel daily. Salary ranges from $93,000 to $104,000 USD with benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage.
• Willingness to travel daily for home visits within service area.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and home environments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and guide interventions to improve mobility and independence.
