Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a physical therapist.
• Valid state license and current CPR certification.

• Establish treatment goals and plans to aid patient independence.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, patients, and families.
