Job summary

ProHealth Group is seeking a Registered Physical Therapist for home health in LaGrange, Georgia. Responsible for administering therapy based on physician orders, you'll work closely with patients and healthcare teams to enhance recovery.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited program, currently licensed, and preferably with two years of experience. Benefits include working in various environments, including both agency office and patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• Two (2) years of experience preferred.
• Acceptance of the agency's philosophy and goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician prescribed physical therapy.
• Participate in patient care planning.
• Complete and submit OASIS assessments.

Skills

Licensed in the state of practice

Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment

Experience in physical therapy

Education

Graduate from an accredited physical therapist curriculum
