Amedisys is seeking a Physical Therapist for full-time home health work across Florida. You will help patients improve movement and function, and perform regular reexaminations with discharge planning as needed.

Your role includes independent patient visits, coordination with care teams, and adapting interventions based on patient progress. Amedisys offers substantial benefits and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Perform interventions, reexaminations at least every 30 days, modify plans as needed, discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
