Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) in Home Health is responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, mobility, endurance, stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment, the PT develops a treatment plan, performs interventions to improve patient well-being, and evaluates progress.

Education and Experience

Licensure Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Ohio
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
