• Provide age-sensitive professional physical therapy care in the home setting, including admission visits, evaluation, instruction, and treatment to maximize functional abilities and ensure optimal care.
• Attend to compliance training, adhere to organizational standards, and focus on customer service for patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-disciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care and plan of care in collaboration with the physician.
