Gold Standard Therapy Solutions seeks licensed therapists to join its therapist-owned rehabilitation team. Deliver 45-minute in-home treatments on your own terms, with the high-tech infrastructure provided to support your hands-on care.

Set your own pay per visit and territory, then build a flexible schedule and patient load that fits your lifestyle, with reliable direct deposits twice per month, automated invoicing, and app-based reminders and charting to keep you on track.

Qualifications

• Active California therapy license with 1+ years of licensed experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transit, and auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance.
• Recent physical exam (within 2 years) and TB clearance.
• Active EIN and business license/city tax certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 45-minute in-home treatments on your terms.
• Manage your own schedule and patient load.
• Use provided app to track workload, reminders, and invoicing.
• Ensure timely documentation and billing.
