Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient's functional status and physical therapy needs.
• Provide therapy services according to established plan of care.
• Report patient response to treatment and any changes in condition.
• Instruct healthcare team on patient progress and plan of care.
• Complete patient evaluations and develop PT plan of care according to guidelines.

Skills

Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice

Current driver's license and vehicle insurance

Education
