Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for Home Health in White Bear Lake, MN. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week schedule with competitive pay in the state range of $24 to $33 per hour.

Join our patient-centered team to deliver in-home therapy, promote independence, and provide compassionate care across various home health settings within Minnesota. Qualified candidates maintain a PTA license and CPR certification, with mileage reimbursed for patient visits.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year experience in a healthcare setting; home health preferred.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within designated geographic area.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PTA services in home health settings.
• Assess patient needs and help them become independent in their home environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
