Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team in Otsego, MN. This PRN role offers flexible hours and independence to treat patients in their homes.

You'll deliver patient-centered care, assess needs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while traveling to patient homes within the designated geographic area. A state PT license, CPR, and travel ability are required.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• CPR certification required.
• One year of health-care experience preferred, including home health.

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a health care setting; previous experience in home health, preferred
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Ability to travel to patient homes within designated geographic area.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Current CPR certification
