Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan to provide patient-centered therapy services in a home health setting. The role requires a PT license, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in physical therapy, and the ability to drive to patient locations.

• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state where you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
• Commitment to meet deadlines for charting.
• Experience with tablets, mobile devices and EMR software.

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
