Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to join our Mary Free Bed at Home team in Niles, Michigan. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift, serving Niles and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state you will work.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel ~20% of the day.
• Experience with EMR software and timely charting.

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
