BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking full-time, part-time, and per diem Physical Therapists to join our team in our Harrisburg Visits Office. This office services adults and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in Dauphin County.

$20,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time!

$20,000 will be paid out to you throughout your first year of employment.

As a home care Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing, helping clients remain at home.

Responsibilities for a PT - Physical Therapist include:

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility, joint range of motion, transfer status, stability, ambulation patterns, muscle strength and endurance, balance testing, and safety assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
• Assess and revise the care plan regularly, collaborating with nursing staff as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate clients, family members, or caregivers in rehabilitative care and activities to promote health, safety, and independence.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately using a state-of-the-art tablet.

Qualifications for a PT - Physical Therapist include:

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with EMR preferred.
