Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in community/hospice settings.
• Valid state license and current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Maintain communication with the treatment team and family members.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
